Fare Rules
Please note that the following rules apply to bookings made online at www.proflight-zambia.com:
- With the exception of 'Flex' fares, in the event of a 'No-Show' the ticket is voided and cannot be changed or refunded; a new ticket must be purchased. You are advised to purchase travel insurance that includes Cancellation & Curtailment coverage.
- Except for 'Flex' B-Class fares there are no cash or credit card refunds; if tickets are issued at Y,S,M and K fares are cancelled prior to departure the base fare value will be applied to a new booking-see terms in the table below.
- Infants are not entitled to a seat or checked baggage allowance, however a 'baby bag' not exceeding 5kgs is permitted as hand-luggage in addition to adults hand baggage allowance.
- We regret that Name changes are not possible under any circumstances.
