Check-In
Check-in desks open one hour prior to the schedule departure time and close 15 minutes before departure. Airport Departure and Security Tax (USD 8 and USD 3 in Lusaka, Livingstone, Mfuwe and Ndola) must be paid before check-in. To facilitate on-time departures passengers are asked to wait in the gate boarding area.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Proflight Zambia requires that passengers MUST produce photographic ID when checking in for our flights. You may be denied boarding if you are not able to prove identity.
Children under 16 can travel without a photo ID as long as travelling with an accompanying adult.
